Money, the Law of Attraction and You

Do you ever feel anxious or worried about money?
Do you feel anxious about paying your bills, rent or mortgage, college tuition, or other expenses whether large or small?
A lot has been said and written about the Law of Attraction, but do you understand how you can use this for yourself?
This is one of the things they don't tell you about the Law of Attraction: your feelings and emotions determine your ability to attract what you want.
If you have thoughts like:
- "I can't get what I want"
- "It's too hard"
- "Life is a struggle"
- "You have to work hard to get money"
- "I'll never pay off my debts"
Fear of success is also a common problem. We may fear making positive changes to our lives.
Maybe our parents were always struggling with money. We may feel guilty about earning more than they did.
We may be carrying resentments from our childhood experiences. Maybe we are unconsciously punishing Mom and Dad for failing to live up to our expectations.
Another common problem is self-punishment. If we don't believe we deserve abundant success, we will continue to self-sabotage because of extremely high levels of anxiety around success. A lot of times, this anxiety will be unconscious, but it will continue to undermine us.
The way the Law of Attraction works, the more positive you feel, the higher your vibration is, and the more easily you can attract what you want. So if we are carrying negative feelings and emotions, we need to improve them.
How can we change our feelings and emotions?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is one of the most effective ways of changing our thoughts and feelings, and creating better results in our lives. It is very quick and easy to learn. See below for how you can download the free EFT manual and watch our free videos.
In order to change our thoughts and feelings, we first need to know what they are. What are we actually thinking? This material is often unconscious.
EFT can help us with this too. For example, tap on:
- "Even though I'm not sure how I feel about my money situation
- Even though I'm not sure how I feel about paying these bills
- Even though I feel confused about this situation/this bill/my mortgage
- Even though I need clarity
One thing I recommend is to list all your negative thoughts about a situation. Then tap on each thought until you diminish its level of intensity.

Once you have cleared out some of the negative feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and patterns, make sure you praise yourself for your efforts. You can do this by tapping on:
- I am taking brave steps to improve my money [or other] situation.
- I have a lot of courage.
- It takes a lot of courage for me to do this work.
- I am doing what I need to do to bring about positive changes.
- Well done me!
